Point Location Description: Precise, shaft just NE of property symbol 24.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: Drive 1.4 km (0.85 miles) west of Hwy 62 on Hwy 7. Turn left and drive 1.2 km. Turn right and drive 4.1 km. Turn onto laneway heading north (between 2 houses) and drive .5 km to fork in road. Walk 20 m along left fork. Head off road to left and walk along clearing for 130 m.
Western vein: Stephen Wellington and Gordon Munro worked the deposit in 1916; Charles Henrotin in 1917 and H.L. Osborne in 1918. About 1,200 tons of fluorspar ore is known to have been produced. North-central part of property: a second vein had been worked in 1942 and 1943 by Trent Mining Syndicate Limited. About 400 tons of fluorspar ore was produced.
