Jan 17, 2012 (A Wilson) - Phlogopite mica in books up to 6 inches in diameter occurs in scapolite stringers cutting scapolite pyroxenite. The phlogopite is described as checked, corrugated and bent. Titanite, in crystals up to 1 inch, calcite, apatite, stilbite and chabazite, often in well-formed crystals, occur in irregular veinlets and patches in the pyroxenite.
