Mineralization Comments

Feb 27, 2012 (A Wilson) - Approximately only 10-15% of the feldspar is pure. When pure both microcline and albite occur in 0.3-0.6 m masses surrounded by quartz-feldspar intergrowth. Pure quartz occurs only in blebs between the feldspar masses. The grain size and the quartz quantity both increase toward the centre of the dike.

Dec 07, 2005 (D Laidlaw) - Varieties: Peristerite and Amazonite.
