Point Location Description: Diamond symbol 'P 8', S of CNR and N of L'Amable Creek.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: Located off the Bronson Station -Detlor gravel road, about 1.000 ft S of the road. About 500 m W of Bronson Lake a farm road / trail leads S (immediately S of an old farmhouse) to the showing. This road forks about 200 m in from the road and access to the showing is via the right fork, 100 m past the junction.
Mineral location - tourmaline (uvite). 3 pits in a dyke 40-50 ft wide, exposed at intervals over 600 ft length (widening to the E).

Geological Age: Mesoproterozoic
Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - A relatively homogeneous, white, graphic K-feldspar and quartz-bearing pegmatite (with some hornblende and mica) containing abundant tourmaline (uvite - some exceptional specimens of this have been found here). The dyke cuts marble and is exposed over about 600 ft. Some blasting has been done.
