Nov 28, 2012 (A Wilson) - Two quartz veins cut mafic metavolcanics and quartz monzonite. The veins are 4-6 inches wide and strike northeast and dip approximately 70° S. The veins cut fine-grained greenstone just south of the contact of the greenstone with the granites. The vein was reportedly followed for 380 ft along strike. The quartz vein has been mapped for a strike length of 55 m, and has a width of 20-30 cm.

Nov 28, 2012 (A Wilson) - A channel sample collected by Sey-Bert in 1939 assayed 0.89 oz/t Au. Additional sampling by Sey-Bert in 1940 returned assays of 0.94 oz/t Au over an unspecified width and 0.37 oz/t Au over 8 feet. Elevated Zn values were obtained from chip samples taken by Wabano Explorations. Zn values ranged from 1527 to 4230 ppm from chip and grab samples from the vein. Gold assays from the Wabano Exploration program ranged from 11212 to 62675 ppm Au.
