Operational Access Description: Access; From The Centre Of Marmora Drive East 6km To Access Road To Old Hwy 7, Walk Se Past Campbell Blomfield Mine. Au. Occ. Worked Intermittently; Some Difficulty Determining Number Of Shafts And Their Status. Mndm Mid 1980's Site Visit Reported That Shaft (main Or All?) Has Been Filled By Bulldozer; Shallow Pits Or Trench Still Visible On Property. 2 Tailings Areas. Possibly Duplicate Of Malone (amis 4233). The Year 2000 Survey Reports Visit Located What Is Thought To Be The Location Of Three Shafts And The Mill Foundations. One Of The Filled Shafts Has Considerable Subsidence, Up To 1m. A Second Shaft Needs More Filling, The Third Seems Stable. 2002 Amec Report;no Tailings Or Associated Containment Structures Were Observed. 2004 Assessment; Located Two Waste Rock Piles, Two Shafts, And A Well.
