Mar 20, 2007 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling intersected a sequence of intermediate metavolcanic flows, breccia and tuffs cross cut by carbonate-chlorite-quartz veinlets. This unit overlies a narrow sequence of argillites and mudstones that displays a reddish grey colour and contains a 1.0 m section of massive and semi-massive sulphides. The drill hole terminated in intermediate to felsic lapilli tuffs.

Mar 20, 2007 (A Wilson) - A 2.0 m section of drill core returned 0.86% Zn, 0.03% Pb and 0.13% Cu from a carbonate-chlorite-quartz veinlet in intermediate metavolcanic rocks. A 0.45 m section of massive sulphides consisting of pyrite and pyrrhotite occurs within metasediments. The massive sulphides occur as gradational layers of massive disseminated and schlieren and massive, medium-grained pyrite interfingered with massive pyrrhotite. The masive sulphide overlies a 0.33 m thick unite of semi-massive sulphides consisting of schlieren, blebs and disseminated py ± po in strongly chloritized argillite. A press release (04/22/10) notes that this section graded over 10,000 ppm combined Cu-Pb-Zn and up to 3.4 g/t Ag.
