Lithology Comments

Aug 11, 2014 (N Bennett) - The hole went through 20m of overburden and first intersected dark green mafic volcanic up to 33.92m. Within this unit is disseminated pyrite-chalcopyrite-pyrrhotite mineralization from 26.73 to 29m. The hole then intersected a sphalerite-mineralized quartz vein from 33.92 to 35.15m. This is followed by a greasy serpentinized and tremolitized interfoliated metapyroxenite from 35.15 to 66.96m. From 66.96 to 108.73m, there is amphibole altered mafic volcanic again with few coarser sheafy amphibolitized protolith pyroxenite sections. Associated with green amphibole is coarse red garnet alteration. The hole then intersected felsic volcanics with intercalating metapyroxenites from 108.73 to 143.06m. From 108.80 to 112.22m, there is a zone of fine disseminated 3% pyrite and 1% sphalerite with minor blebs of chalcopyrite and galena in the silicified felsic volcanics. From 143.06 to 148m, the hole ends in mafic volcanics.

Mineralization Comments

Aug 11, 2014 (N Bennett) - Zones and intercepts include intercepts in quartz veins of 0.702% Zn over 11cm from 34.5 to 34.61m and 1.02% Zn over 15cm from 35 to 35.15m; and a zone of average 1.268% Zn, 0.862% Pb and 3.49g/t Ag over 3.69m from 108.56 to 112.25m which includes a subzone of average 1.562% Zn, 1.26% Pb and 4.68g/t Ag over 1.68m from 110.57 to 112.25m.
