May 25, 2011 (A Wilson) - The occurrence was described as a white, coarsely crystalline, calcitic marble with some micaceous areas. A rusty stain was observed on the weathered surface.
May 25, 2011 (A Wilson) - A sample collected by M. Vos returned 0.3% MgO, 51.0% CaO and had a brightness of 78.0.
