Access Description: 25 km NE of Balmertown via Nungesser Road
1965: Selco Exploration Company Ltd. Completed an AEM survey. 1966: Cochenour Explorations Ltd. Completed ground horizontal loom EM and magnetometer surveys followed by two DDH totalling 399.0 ft. 1978-79: Dome Exploration Ltd, completed an AEM survey. Followed by linecutting and ground EM and magnetometer surveys. Also completed a 5 hole 1870 ft. drill program 2 of the holes in the current proptery. 1986-2002: Larry Herbert completed airborne VLF-EM and magnetometer survey, during 1986 and 1997 the owner completed stripping, bedrock sampling and in 1994 4 DDH totalling 3301 ft in the western portion of the proptery. 1995-96 Dennis Seargent completed linecutting ground magnetometer VLF-EM and beep mat surveys, trenching and prospecting. Murgor Resources Inc optioned claim groups in 1997. 1996 Corsair Explorations Inc. staked a portion of the present property, completed linecutting, ground mag, some prospecting and 27 RC drill holes. 2001 Rubicon Minerals Corp, staked a portion of the current property. 2003- 2005: MetalCORP Ltd, staked the core of the property. Conducted a airborne Mag survey, 10 DDH totalling 3095 m phase I program. Completed geological mapping in Sept 2004 and several MMI surveys were completed throughout 2005-05. 2005 completed a 9 hole 2717, phase II diamond drilling program.

Feb 13, 2012 (A McKee) - 2004: DH BB04-06 returned assays of 14.9 g/t Au/0.30 m. 2005: DH BB05-16 best assays: intercal averaged 262 ppb/3.70 m in cluding 1230 ppb Au/0.60 m and contained stongly anomalous As and Ni values of up to 1140 ppm and 2370 ppm respectively. A 1 cm thick, strongly boudinaged quartz-carbonate veinlet intersected at 313.3 m within moderately chloritized, weakly biotitc, mafic metavolcanic flows contained 1020 ppb Au/0.5 m.
