Jun 22, 2017 (Therese Pettigrew) - The area is underlain by Quetico Belt rocks and consists of relatively flat-lying, white, pegmatite sills and metasedimentary migmatites (Scott, 1987).
Jun 22, 2017 (Therese Pettigrew) - Sample #4 in DDH H-1 assayed 0.016% U3O8 (biotite gneiss). Sample #26 in DDH H-1 assayed 0.017% U3O8 (pegmatite). Sample #15 in DDH H-2 assayed 0.009% U3O8 (pegmatite) (AFRI 42E11SW0101).
