Access Description: The quarry is at the top of the Barriefield hill, east of Hwy. 15 at its junction with Hwy. 2.
Abandoned; building stone and crushed stone were produced in the early 1900's. The building stone was used in the construction of the Royal Military College at Kingston. (OFR 5730, p55).
