Point Location Description: Precise, southernmost pit Fe, just S of property symbol 15.

Location Method: Conversion from MDI

Access Description: Drive north for 4.6 km on Hwy 62 from Hwy 7. Turn right and drive 0.4 km. Approximately 180 m past the bend is a gate on the right.



Exploration History

1955: Geological and gravimetric surveys by Stratmat Limited. 1956: Stratmat Limited completed drilling for a total of 13 holes (1,628.47 m). 2001: Candor Ventures Corp. optioned the property from Phelps Dodge Corporation of Canada. Candor carried out prospecting and sampling in September 2001 (2.22329, Madoc #147).

Jul 30, 2024 (Nazha Sabiri) - A 400-pound sample collected from a large pit on the East half of Lot 10 Concession 6 assayed 39% iron from a siderite sample and 6% to 11% iron from a dolomite sample (File 31C11SW0030).
