Site Visit Information

Date: Aug 10, 1981

Geologist: H Meyn

Notes: "This property can be reached by a trail [...] on the first hill east of the Cope Lake Road on the Mumford Road. This is another of the several calcite, fluorite-apatite vein deposits. No vein material was seen in place. All of it is removed. But mineral specimens remain and scapolite crystals line the wall (ceiling) of the cut in one place" - Field trip report
