Location Method: Conversion from MDI
1953 Hogan option to Stratmat. 1953-4 : Stratmat outlined 14 anomalies [ scint, geology, stripping and trenching ] and drilled [ in the Northwest Zone ]. 1955-6 : Halo Uranium Mines outlined the 2 zones, drilled and trenched and drove the 2 adits. A shaft was raised from the # 1 adit and more drifting carried out. 1957 : sold to Amalgamated Rare Earth Mines - in 1968 they carried out a rad survey, trenching and some rehabilitation of the adits. They drilled 10 DDH on Hall Lake Zone. 1973 : option to Imperial Oil who carried out a feasibility study.
