Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - Sodalite occurs in a gneissic nepheline syenite in segregations and as detroite. Along joints in the gneiss are crystals of apatite (up to 8 inches long), biotite (2-3 inches) and brown calcite. Sunstone is also reported. Parks (1912) suggests that this could be quarried.
