Exploration History

Pre-1912 : S. Gosselin quarried about 2 acres for building stone. It may be seen in the Water Street hospital. This was one of 'The Quarries' - at the E end. Waste stone used on roads.

Geology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - Similar to the stone in the Robillard Quarry. Section described in DEMR/CANMET 1912.
