Lithology Comments

May 14, 2024 (Nazha Sabiri) - OGS staff reported the radioactive zones to be 1.2 to 2.1 m wide, 490 m long and hosted in Timiskaming tuffaceous greywacke, Timiskaming conglomerate, carbonate-bearing trachyte and quartz- carbonate veins near syenite and trachyte rocks.

Mineralization Comments

May 14, 2024 (Nazha Sabiri) - A surface chip sample assayed about 2000 ppm (2 lbs per ton) U3O8 over 1.5 m. Highest radiometric readings were recorded near quartz- carbonate veins in the tuffaceous greywacke. A carbonate-bearing trachyte assayed (radiometric) 500 ppm uranium and 95 ppm thorium (MP071).
