Dec 07, 2005 (M Barua) - The quarry displays the Silurian/Devonian contact. It exposes 5.5 m of cream to white dolostone of Bertie Formation( Upper Silurian ) and 1.6m of calcareous glauconitic sandstone of Bois Blanc Formation( Lower Devonian).
