Lithology Comments

Aug 13, 2014 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling intersected a sequence of mafic metavolcanics and metasediments interbedded with magnetite-bearing iron formation. The drill hole intersected multiple layers of each unit. A coarse-grained mafic flow or gabbro was intersected between 148 and 210 ft and several narrower intersections of gabbro up to 20 ft in thickness were found in the lower part of the drill hole.

Mineralization Comments

Aug 13, 2014 (Q Unknown) - The iron deposit consists of approximately 70 m of banded magnetite-quartz iron formation. Interesting observations made in the single recorded diamond drill hole log include the reported presence of quartz veins that contain carbonate, tourmaline and/or pyrite. Another notable observation was the reported presence of assimilated iron formation in gabbro intrusions.
