Mineralization Comments

Sep 25, 2018 (Therese Pettigrew) - Pyrite, pyrrhotite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, cuprite, and specular hematite disseminated within a 5’ width in grey to white mottled rhyolite just south of a 12 foot band of rhyolite agglomerate. The mineralized zone is parallel to the band of agglomerate, which strikes N80E and dips 80 degrees N. Chip samples taken from the mineralized zone returned assays of 1.24% Cu, 0.24% Zn and trace Ni across 5 feet. Fine-grained massive metagabbro is exposed SE of the mineralized zone (Harris, 1968). Home Lake Resources’ DDH HL-89-03 assayed 3.71% Zn and 1500 ppm Cu over 1.98 m from a massive sphalerite seam in an intermediate tuff (AFRI 52B07NW0002).
