Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - The claims are underlain principally by Howey diorite, which contains several small slivers of mafic volcanic rocks. The latter contain a few thin interflow units of iron formation. Small aurifierous quartz veins hosted within the mafic volcanics have been discovered in several places. The main showing is located east of the number 2 post of claim 20268. It consists of a main quartz vein 20 to 25 cm wide and smaller quartz strngers in a shear zone 2.1 m wide hosed within mafic volcanics.
