Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - The Follansbee property is underlain by felsic volcanics, mafic volcanics and sediments. Mafic volcanics occur in the northern portion of the property, and consists of pillowed flows. The felsic volcanics outcrop in the central portion of the property. Clastic and chemical sedimentary rocks underlie the southern portion of the property. All of the units strike approximately east-west and dip nearly vertically.
