The MRD204 download files have been modified from the original CD distribution.

Due to the size of this data, it has been split into more downloadable pieces.
The folder structure is shown below, to enable you to rebuild it from the individual ZIP files:

The MRD204_partial.zip contains all the data with the exception of the following files.

Unzip Appendix_3.zip into the "Appendix 3 core photos" folder.
It contains 6 sub-folders with 690 images and 1 PDF file.

Unzip Appendix_7.zip into the "Appendix 7 ERM Paper 67-2" folder.
It contains 2 sub-folders with 16 images and 1 PDF file.
