Mineralization Comments

11/27/2017 (T Pettigrew) - Sampling in 1998 by Triex Resources returned assays up to 2407 ppb Au. Gold showings 625 m and 965 m to the SW returned assays of 1426 ppb Au and 1951 ppb Au respectively (AFRI 52G13NW2001). DDH TAK-99-1 assayed 16.22 gpt Au over 0.45 m from 92.8-93.03 m. The sample with this assay is described as a medium to dark green, fine-grained moderately foliated intermediate ash to crystal tuff, moderately carbonatized and silicified with several variably oriented veins and patches of quartz calcite-iron carbonate. Typically contains 1-2% fine-grained pyrite, but adjacent to the quartz carbonate vein, the pyrite content increases to 5-7% (AFRI 52G13NW2002).
