Point Location Description: General, point 4.5 km ENE of Madoc.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: The property is located 4 km east of the village of Madoc and can be accessed from Hwy 7. Turn south onto the Pinewood Lake Road. This road follows the western boundary of the claim, with a secondary road and trail branching off to the east. The eastern part of the area can be accessed off of the Rapids Road from Hwy 7, followed by a short walk down an abandoned railway line.
1963: James D. Cummings drilled 2 holes (205 ft.) Madoc file no. 27, claim EO 30565. 1984: Gary Pearse conducted a magnetometer survey on the property (Madoc file #56, 2.6683). 1985: Trisar Resources Ltd. conducted VLF-EM and a magnetometer survey on the SW 1/4 of lot 1, Madoc file #57, 2.7848, #108, 117, OM84-9-C-347. 1987: Maradona Resources Inc. had a geological report prepared by Derry Mitchener Booth and Wahl, Madoc file #99, 2.10671. 1987: Maradona Resources Inc. drilled one hole for a total of 765 ft, Madoc file #100, 87-61. 1991: Nominex Ltd. performed prospecting, linecutting, reconnaissance, geological mapping, regional structural interpretation and magnetic surveying as part of an OPAP grant (OP91-169, Madoc file # 125).
