Point Location Description: Property number ' 57 ', 4.5 km east of Salmon Lake.
Location Method: AMIS Site Visit
Access Description: From the junction of Hwys 36 and 507 travel north on Hwy 507 for 29 km and the quarry is 200 ft west of the highway. It is situated 11-14 km south of the village of Gooderham.
The quarry has produced only a small quantity of building stone for local use.

Jan 16, 2017 (A Wilson) - The granite is a uniform, medium-grained, grey weathering rose pink biotite granite which contains rare pegmatitic patches and quartz lenses. The outcrop is about 10.7 m long by 3.7 m face height.
