Feb 25, 2009 (A Wilson) - Fenite breccias along the north and east contacts of the ankerite vein are hematite-rich, indicating the possible presence of sulphide mineralization.

Feb 25, 2009 (A Wilson) - Minor amounts of sphalerite were found in the Kusk Lake fenite and niobium-bearing ilmenorutile also is present. A sphalerite vein 2.5 - 7.5 cm wide and 1 m long is located in the central parts of ankerite vein with an exposed width of about 0.6 m and length of 1.5 m in the fenite.
