Access Description: Travel north from the back road through the Imperial Mine property approximately 0.5 km to the site. The raise is 140m north east of the shaft.

Jul 08, 2013 (A Wilson) - The host rock is mainly basaltic lavas with pillowed phases and medium-grained massive flows. One flow which has a well-developed flow top breccia extends across the claim. Above the flow sequence is an altered basic sill that is separated from the underlying flows by a feldspar porphyry intrusive. Near the south boundary of the claim, strongly carbonatized rocks are exposed. A diabase dike strikes north across the property and dips steeply to the east. The main vein zone is located near the contact between a pillowed and a massive basalt. The vein occurs either as separate lenses or it has been separated into segments by faulting.

Jul 08, 2013 (A Wilson) - Some gold values are associated with pillowed basalt. Grab samples collected from the mineralized mafic metavolcanics in 1935 returned assya of $4.50 Au/ton over 27 feet; $10.88 Au per ton over 5 ft Diamond drilling completed by Vedron Ltd in 1983 returned assays up to 0.092 oz/t Au over 2 feet in mafic metavolcanics; and 0.170 oz/t Au over 2 ft in a quartz vein in mafic metavolcanic rocks. Assay values from a calcite vein in S-84 returned a best assay of 0.130 oz/t Au.
