Take Right Fork And Drive 1.7km To A Gate. Walk 220' Down The Lane And Then 150' South To The Pit. Galena-barite Occurrence; Shaft 12.6 M Deep Opened In 1859. Presently Filled With Debris; Shaft Is Hidden In A Clump Of Trees; Depth To Top Of Debris Is 10'. Site Was Not Included In The Year 2000 Survey.
