Operational Access Description: Access; The Shafts Are Located Between Rowe Lake And Belljoe Lake. A 5km Long Trail From Confederation Lake To Woman Lake Goes Through The Mine Site. This Trail Begins At South Bay Lodge, 3km To The Southeast. Trails To The Site Are Accessible By Boat. All Mine Openings Are Fenced; Fencing Could Be Upgraded; Low To Moderate Hazard, Claim Krl3816,3844/45, Two Mine Sites; Mill Site Has Several Collapsed Buildings; Tailings Overgrown. The Year 1993 Survey Reports Two Fenced Shafts, A Fenced Open Stope, Two Fenced Raises, Collapsed Buildings, Standing Structure, Waste Rock Piles, Tailings Pond, Scrap. Ogs 2012 Red Lake Regional Resident Geologist Report States: Jackson-manion Mine Was In Production From 1934-1940 And 105,357 Short Tons Of Ore Was Milled From This Site.
