Operational Access Description: Access; Hwy 28 East From Bancroft, Cross The York River, 200m East Turn North On Egan Chute Road. North For 1.4km On Rough Road (4x4), Take Fork To Right Up Steep Hill For 1.1km To Morrison Mine Dump. Continue For 0.9km Further To Beaver Dam And Flooded Road. 330m To Pit. Past Producing (944 Tons Shipped) Stripping & Test Pits(?) Historical Records Indicate Production From 1940-42. Quarry Is 100' Long In A North South Direction And 30-40 Feet Wide. Quarry Faces Range From 10 - 25 Feet In Height. The Year 2000 Survey Reports Pit Is Shallow Water Filled.
