Operational Access Description: Access; South From Parham On Hwy 38 Turing East At Verona. Follow Desert Lake Road For 4.8km Turning Right On Bauder Road For 700m. Right On Loughborough Lane, Follow Main Cottage Road For 1.7km Turning Left Onto Old Mine Road, 300m East Turning Left At Rural #1037. Quarry Is On Right Side Of Drive Beside Cottage. Feldspar Past Producer; 14,000 Tons Produced; Quarry & Drift (at Bottom) 75 X 12 X 30 M Deep; Water Filled 1983; The Year 2000 Survey Reports Quarry, Depth To Water Is Approx 12m. Cottage At North End Of Opencut Within Several Meters Of Pit Which Looks Like A Small Lake. Old Fencing Is In Bad Repair On South Side Of Pit And Has Been Removed In Most Part During Access Road Construction. Water Appears To Be At The Top Of The Under Cut.
