Operational Access Description: Access; The Site Is Located In The Upper Manitou Lake Area, Approx 36.5km South Of Dryden. The Site May Be Accessed Via Float Plane To Lodges On Upper Manitou Lake And From There By Boat To The North End Of Trafalgar Bay At Goldrock. The Site Is Finally Accessed By A Trail Running Northeast Approx 3km From Goldrock, Or Via Portage And Lake Traverse Across 2 Or 3 Lakes North From Trafalgar Bay. The Site May Also Be Reached Via A Trail Extending From Hwy 502, 2 Km Southwest From A Point South Of Summit Lake. Between 1902-10 2 Shafts Sunk 99 & 26m Deep; The Year 1993 Survey Reports One Two Compartment Shaft, One Mine Building And A Waste Rock Dump Associated With The Shaft Sinking.
