Not To Be Confused With Worthington Mine. Early 1900's: Pitting And Adit Driving By Unknown Party. Map P134 Indicates A Single Pit On The Southern Boundary Of Lot3, Con 3 But A Geology Report In Afro #0026-b1 Reports The Presence Of Several Pits And An Adit.; Commodity: Cu,ni; A Geology Map In Afro #0026-b1 Locates The Pits/adit In The Extreme Northern Portion Of Lot 3 Con 2 While Map 2055 Locates Them In The Extreme Southern Section Of Lot 3 Con 3. Year 2000. Surface And Mining Rights: Crown. A Small Pit Located. A 10 Metre Adit Excavated About The Turn Of The Century Was Not Found Despite A Thorough Search. Adit Not Marked On Map 2055. In 1995 The Adit Was Reported As Unsafe To Enter (assessment File #0026-b1). Incorrect Utm Zone And Reversed Coordinates In The 2000 Inspection Report. Coordinates In Database Have Been Corrected.
