Chalcopyrite/phyrrhotite Showing In Sheared Quartzite. Pits Observed By Robertson (map P.702) During Geological Mapping. Prosco Ltd. Conducted E M And Mag Survey Covering The Occurrence Area In 1957. No Details Found Regarding The Pits; Lot 8 (n 1/2) Con 5; Commodity: Cu, Silica, (ni). Year 2000. Surface And Mining Rights: Patent. Property Owner Reports That There Is No Significant Pits In The Area. Overburden Was Removed Leaving A High Steep Cliff. There Has Been No Blasting At The Pit And May Be Subject To The Aggregate Resources Act. The Owner Should Sign Approach To Steep Face.
