Operational Access Description: Access: Start At Hwy's 6 & 17 On Highway 6; Drive 17.9km South Through Espanola; Turn East Onto Camp Looking Good Road (lang Lake) [turn Opposite Drive 5.3km East To Cross Lake Landing; Continue On Old Mine Access Trail, Walk 0.0km (?) Northeast Approx. 75m To Large Pit And Filled Prospect Shaft. The Upsala Mine Was Discovered By The Tough Brothers In The 1930's Or 1940's. In The Early 1960's The Occurrence Was Taken Over By Upsala Mines Ltd. Who Erected Several Small Mills On The Property. There Is No Record Of Any Gold Production From The Property. Commodity: Au, Cu; There Are 32 Trenches/pits Hazards On This Property; See Data Sheets For Further Information. Year 2000. Surface And Mining Rights: Patent. A Prospect Shaft And Pit Appear To Have Been Filled. A Long, Fenced, Water Filled Trench Corresponds With Adit That Has Been Blasted Shut (m. Napoli, Srgo Files, C 19999985). Incorrect Utm Zone And Coordinates In The 2000 Inspection Report. Correct Coordinates Have Been Entered Into Database.
