Operational Access Description: Access; From Junction Of Hwy 69 South / Hwy 537 (wanup Road) Proceed For Approximatley 3.7km To Axeli Road. Turn Northerly And Follow Road To Its Entirety (approximately 2.5jm. From Farmers Field Traverse Across Cp Rail Tracks For 650m At 231 Degrees Azimuth. History; Elizabeth Feldspar Mines Worked This Property From 1925 T0 1926. Workings Consisted Of A Pair Of Open Pits Located On Southern Boundary Of Lot 2, Conc 4. A Gasoline-driven Crushing And Picking Plant Was Installed In 1926 In A Building Erected At The Pit Entry. Elizabeth Feldspar Mines Shipped An Estimated 6000 Tons Of Ore In 1925-26. Some Material Was Also Removed From The Deposit In 1966 For Display At The Montreal Expo.
