Operational Access Description: Access; Via Hwy 17 East To From Storm Bay Road, Then South On Storm Bay Road To A Forest Access Road Located 1.22km South Of The Dam And Boat Launch At Rushing River. The Site Is Located Approx 2km Ssw Along This Road. Numerous Pits And Shafts Covering Several Claims. Adjoins The Black Jack Mine And The Golden Gate Mine. 100 Tons Of Ore Was Processed. An Inspection Report #1126 Mentions Several Shafts That Are Not Part Of The Gold Hill Mine But Are In Close Proximity. The Year 1993 Survey Reports Three Shafts, Six Trenches And Pits, Five Small Open Cuts, One Mill Site, A Small Area Of Stripping And Several Empty 205l Drums.
