Operational Access Description: Access; Hwy 508 From Calabogie Sw To Its End Just Ne Of Mountain Chute Dam To The Junction Of Black Donald Road And Centennial Lake Road. Take Centennial Lake Road North 4.5km To Jct With Kennelly Mountain Road, Bear Left (sw) Past North End Of Black Donald Lake For Approx 1km To Locked Gated Road On Right At Tt#384 A-h. Walk North On This Road 100m Then Take Right Fork And Follow For 200m. Site Is Then On Immediate Right. 5m Deep Shaft & 30m Adit (freeman 1936, P.21) Also Described In Mdc.22; Filled In 1985.; The Year 2000 Survey Reports Both The Adit And Shaft On Hill Top Above Has Been Sealed By Bulldozer Backfilling Using Old Waste Rock And Local Overburden. No Hazard Remains At This Site.
