Operational Access Description: Access; Proceed By Travelling 1.1km East Along Hwy 66 From Godfrey St. In Larder Lake To The Larder Station Road. Travel North Along The Road For 16.7km To Immediately Past Kinabec Creek (0.5km) Staying On Nthe Right Branch Of The Road. Take The Old Logging Road Nw By Atv For 700m To A Trail Leading East And Then South To The Mine Site. The Distance Along The Trail Is 2.5km. The Trail Trends South, Then Hooks Around To The East And Then North Again Before Resuming South Est Trend To The Shaft. Developed Prospect; 1919 Trenching Followed By Two Compartment Shaft To 159m And Development Work On 4 Levels From 1925-29. All Following Work Was Drilling.; Year 2000: Two Compartment Shaft Covered With Planks Which In Turn Are Covered With Brush, Area Flagged Out; Muck Pile Extends 60-80m To The South And Southwest Towards A Small Lake; Two Boilers, 2m Dia. X 6m Long; Concrete Hoist Base; Timbers Of Hoist And Head Frame; Remains Of Old Building; Old Cage.
