Operational Access Description: Access: The Refinery Lies Approximately 160 Km North Of North Bay Near The Town Of Cobalt In Coleman Township, Immediately East Of The Ontario Northland Railway Tracks On Ferland Avenue (aka Ker Lake Road, Ragged Chute Road). History: The Mill And Concentrator Was Built In 1952 And Operated Until 1957. In 1974, The Facility Was Modified To Refine Silver Ore And Operated Until 1989. Most Of The Buildings And Infrastructure Were Removed In 2000. Revegetation And Contouring Of The Site Was Reportedly Completed By The End Of 2001. Closure Plan Id: C16
