Lithology Comments

Aug 14, 2014 (A Wilson) - The area is comprised largely of mafic to intermediate metavolcanic rocks intruded by narrow feldspar porphyry dikelets. Northwest and easterly trending diabase dikes also have been mapped in the area.

Mineralization Comments

Aug 14, 2014 (A Wilson) - A surface grab sample collected by Asarco in 1967 returned an assay of 2.51% Cu. Up to 5% chalcopyrite was observed in shears at this location.
