Feb 08, 2007 (Mark Puumala) - This occurrence is based on an anomalous gold assay of 3774 ppb reported from a grab sample collected from a felsic intrusive rock containing 10 to 15% stockwork quartz veins (Nelson 2002). The sample description also indicates that the dominant strike directions of the veins are 200 and 140, and that they are locally rusty and mineralized with minor pyrite.
