Mar 27, 2007 (A Wilson) - Massive magnetite and minor pyrite bands are found within the gabbro. The metamorphic grade is ampholite (amphibolte, biotite and minor garnet observed).

Mar 27, 2007 (A Wilson) - The massive magnetite does not contain significant PGE or Au. A sample of gabbro returned 822 ppm Ni and 500 ppm Co. Elevated Ti and V also found associated with magnetite. One 0.8 m section of core returned 9559 ppm Ti and 1415 ppm V.
