Mineralization Comments

Jan 13, 2012 (Mark Puumala) - This occurrence is based on reports of anomalous gold mineralization in Golsil Mines diamond drill hole Nos. 41 and 42 (AFRI53C13SE0009). The diamond drill hole logs indicate that the gold mineralization occurs in sheared and fractured greenstone mineralized with 10 to 15% pyrite and occasional galena and chalcopyrite. This mineralized zone was encountered over a core length of approximately 7 m in each hole, immediately to the northwest of 0.6 (ddh No. 42) to 0.75 (ddh No. 41) m wide intersections of quartz vein material. A sketch map included in the assessment file (AFRI53C13SE0009) indicates that the mineralized shear zone is a northeast-striking structure that outcrops at surface, and that drill hole Nos. 41 and 42 were located approximately 90 m apart. A third drill hole drilled across the shear zone approximately 60 m northeast of ddh No. 42 was not reported to have encountered any significant gold mineralization. Gold assays of 0.07 and 0.14 oz/ton were reported from ddh Nos. 41 and 42 respectively. These assays were reported to have been obtained from the sheared and mineralized greenstone. However, no information regarding the lengths of these intersections is provided on the drill logs. No gold was detected in assay samples of quartz vein material that were reported to have been collected from both drill holes. 2007 Prospecting report completed, no significant assays reported. 2011: No new information
