Access Description: The property is located appoximately 23 km by road NW of the town of Matachewan. Secondary Provincial Highway 566 ends near the southeastern edge of the claim group in NW Bannockburn Twp. Forest access roads and seasonal roads and trails from logging operations afford good access to the claim group.

May 17, 2010 (J Suma-Momoh) - A muck pile sample of quartz vein (sample number 1222, 15 - 18 cm thick) collected by Phoenix Matachewan Mines Inc in 2003 returned 1115 ppb Au. A sample of the heavily, pyrite-mineralized, altered wall rock (sample number 1221, representing a 15 - 20 cm thickness, with less than 10 % narrow quartz veins) assayed 10460 ppb Au. These samples were taken from a pile adjacent to a pit likely dating from the time which the Garvey veins were discovered and initially worked. REF: Page 6 and Table 2, in KL5245 (AFRI 2.26540).
