Lithology Comments

Jan 23, 2014 (A Wilson) - The andesite is described as amydaloidal, pillowed and ankeritic in composition. Flowtop breccias were observed between 105 and 170 m. The graphite tuff is sulphide-rich with sphalerite laminae and pyrite throughout (8%). Chalcopyrite also was observed in association with the pyrite. Graphitic tuff was intersected between 77.5 m and 94.5 m and between 186.4 to 191.1 m. The tuff is sulphide rich with up to 3% sphalerite. DDH-034 intersected a hyalo-tuff breccia containing spherulites between 95 and 105.95 m. It is cut by pyrite veins and is altered to ankerite for the bottom 2 m of the section.

Mineralization Comments

Jan 23, 2014 (D Draper) - Hole 44 (az. 310, dip -55) intersected 2 units of graphitic tuff at 186.4m and 198.45m downhole. The upper unit was reported to be sulphide rich, and assayed from 5196 ppm to 18,598 ppm Zn and from 1494 ppm to 3105 ppm Cu from five contiguous samples taken over 4.8m. The lower unit returned 11,010 ppm Zn and 2797 ppm Cu over 1.1m although it was described as containing no significant sulphides. (DCL TI4336). DDH-33 and DDH-34 were co-collared approx. 200m NW of DDH-44. DDH-44 was collared on strike from DDH-34 (az.135, dip -50), which had also intersected a graphitic tuff from 179.8 to 181.88m. Three samples taken across this unit returned 5281, 6892 and 7472 ppm Zn (Cu to 1794 ppm). (DCL TI4327) DDH- 33 was drilled south (az. 175, dip -55) and returned 2 anomalous Zn assays. One was a 0.3m sample from a sheared porphyry with 10% pyrite and 8% sphalerite shown as returning >0000.0 ppm Zn (ie 10,000?); the other was 7371 ppm Zn over 0.3m in a graphitic andesite. (DCL TI4354)
