Jan 07, 2009 (A Wilson) - The dike is described as being 20 feet wide and consists of a good grade of pink spar cut by small quartz stringers. The principal impurities are dark mica and allanite which are present in some quantity in medium-sized crystals. Two other dikes also are found within a few hundred feet of the main pit.
