Jun 03, 2009 (D Draper) - During initial work on the property, visible gold was noted in trenches in association with quartz and quartz-carbonate veining. These sites assayed up to 1.5 g/t Au. Follow-up drilling was collared at the northern end of the trenched area. While drill logs were not filed, hole 1-1994 (bearing NE) was reported to have assayed 1.2% Cu and 0.5 g/t Au over 5ft and, in a lower section, 1.98 g/t Au over 5ft. A trench sample taken approximately 340m SE of the drillhole collars is indicated to have returned 1.4 g/t (0.04 opt) Au. (T-3486)
